To improve efficiency during the packaging process of pharmaceuticals, a leading pharmaceutical company requested that we work with them to design a reel handling trolley to transport Reels of Material to dock into their existing manufacturing line.
By loading the Reel onto the Trolley, and having purchased three trolleys, the operator would always have a reel loaded and ready to swap once one reel had run out on the packaging line.
The Reel Handling Trolleys were ergononically designed to suit the users and were simple to dock. Different sized Reels were required on this particular line, and so the design included adjustable collars to ensure that the reel was loaded correctly every time.
