F2V is an ultra-compact liquid fill-finish platform with integrated high-speed weighing, designed for lab-scale and clinical manufacture. The technology is ready to use in existing containment isolators, RABS and biosafety cabinets and provides 100% fill weight verification, enhancing product quality and regulatory compliance.
Designed for use in existing isolators and containment solutions, F2V is part of 3P’s latest sterile fill-finish range, which includes F2C rotary crimping system and F2W powder fill-finish platforms.
Fills cartridges, syringes, vials, bottles and custom containers (including diagnostics) on the same machine, with a fast changeover time of less than five minutes.
The platform supports pharma, medical device and diagnostic companies in both drug development and device development. As the diagram below illustrates, F2V helps to evaluate and de-risk manufacturing processes and to demonstrate production know-how to stakeholders and customers.
The fully-automated processes are representative of high-speed production lines, helping customers to industrialise and scale-up for commercial production.
