The flexible packaging is formed by one or more layers of plastic material capable of being sealed to contain product inside, it is ideal for any industrial application (food, beverage , pharmaceutical, nutritional, chemical and cosmetics), and being lightweight, easy to handle and transport are ideal for all types of products.
We currently find all kinds of products in flexible packaging (powders, granules, liquid and solid powder, grains, cereals, seeds, candy, cookies, pasta, pet food, drinks, sauces, creams, waxes and many other products).
Flat Sachet : Starting from a reel of heat sealable material, flat sachet 3 and 4 side seal are formed by folding the material and sealing the base and side of the material, allowing unitary cutting and separation of sachets to fill with product, and finally seal the top to ensure tightness.
Stand Up : Starting from a reel of heat-sealable material the Stand Up pouch (Doypack®) are formed by folding the bottom which allows stability to the base to keep stand up. Then sealing the sides of the material and allowing unitary cutting, the pouch is separated to fill with product, and finally seal the top to ensure tightness.
