Flat Bottom Dispensers
Three-Tec’s flat-bottom dosing devices guarantee precise volumetric and gravimetric dosing of products with good to poor flow, moist or bridging-forming products with flow abilities of ffc 1 – 5. All flat-bottom dosing devices can be supplemented at any time with a scale and control and as a gravimetric “loss in weight” or “Gain in weight” and operated as a continuous system or used for batch filling.

Dosing Device with Integrated Load Cell
The two dosing device types ZD 5 i6000 and ZD 9 i10000 are also available with integrated load cells instead of the platform scales. The all-in-one solution makes the dosing device smaller, lighter (only 5 kg) and more manageable, making it easier to position.
Due to the low fall height, the dosing device has a lower susceptibility to external disturbances such as drafts or vibrations. Due to the lower weight of the device, the resolution of the load cell is significantly better.
