The applicators are fed into the machine in bulk and are then automatically sorted and separated using a precise feeding mechanism. The individual applicators are arranged into a previously defined group of 1, 3 or 6 items before being fed into the folding box. Of course, the entire process is subject to rigorous quality control using presence detection.
