After getting feedback from lots of clients and working together with one of the leading manufacturers of dispensers, we developed a product whose basic function is very straightforward – and that’s probably what makes it so ingenious. It’s such a brilliant idea because the basic function can be extended according to your needs. You can use it for tear-off document tabs, booklet labels or two-sheet labels – so you can include more information. And you can print variable data using heat transfer, inkjet, laser, etc.
We’ve got a wide range of different film materials to choose from, and of course they all meet pharmaceutical specifications. The functionality has been tested and guaranteed in accordance with the latest DIN standards, and the PHARMA-MOUNT and PHARMA-X-MOUNT can be used for containers ranging in size from 50 ml to 1,000 ml.
Heat-resistant Labels
Some manufacturing processes require products to survive temperatures of over 200 °, and to pass through heat furnaces undamaged. While temperature, pressure and humidity are the greatest challenges during steam sterilization, the biggest issues here are temperature and dryness. Only products specifically designed to meet these special requirements can withstand such extreme tests. Upper materials, adhesives and inks have to be precisely matched with one another and ensure that production proceeds smoothly.
Label with Flag or Tear-off Tab
Complete traceability right up to the patient is absolutely essential in today’s pharmaceutical process. In such cases labels contain a documentation tab. Thanks to the printing and stamping technology used, this can be easily removed and applied to patient documentation, vaccination certificates, treatment records or wherever required – with the certainty that the data corresponds 100% to the product, and avoiding any transcription or writing errors.
Labels for Containers with Small Radiuses
Syringes and vials holding up to 0.5 ml pose special challenges to the elasticity of the upper material and the adhesive. However, it is still essential to ensure that labels remain attached to the containers, are easy to apply, and do not have ink or lettering that will rub off. Temperature changes during transportation and cooled storage can also mean that labels become detached more easily.
