CP 8500 Roller Compactor
The CP 8500 is our largest roller compactor with a throughput of up to 400kg / h. In not a few cases, the maximum throughput and quality of the granules of the plant depend on the granulating unit.
That’s why our top models are equipped with a very large two-stage granulating unit and are therefore extremely powerful. In particular, if a very high-density change is desired and the system must work with maximum pressing force, the two-step crushing of the pressed strip is much gentler and generates fewer undersized particles.
In order to guarantee a high quality of the finished product (dry granulate), the quality of the pressed strip is also decisive.
