Ezi-Dock Systems is able to supply several formats of Flexible Connector Chutes or Adapter Chutes suitable for use with our Ezi-Flow CSV4 and CSV6 contained transfer systems when used in conjunction with either 4 inch or 6 inch stainless steel or HDPE bottles.

Ezi-Flow Flexible Connector Chutes are supplied as standard with a replacement Tri-Clamp Gasket, Bag gripper and individual ID tag, and are also available with a replacement USP Class 7 Tri-Clamp from our own range of high quality Clamps and Gaskets.

Ezi-Dock Systems’ Ezi Flow CSV4 Pressure Clamps are precision manufactured in 304 stainless steel for high performance and excellent longevity.

They can be sterilised by a range of common methods and are corrosion resistant.

The CSV Active Lockable Pressure Clamp is for use when the CSV unit’s active is closed, whilst the CSV Over Passive Pressure Clamp is designed for use when the active is open and a chargebag is connected.

The Ezi-Strap Liner Tensioning System is an easy to use Double Tie and Cut Solution for use with Continuous Liner Filling, Isolator Applications and Bag-Out waste requirements.

Using either the manual or pneumatic Ezi-Strap Tensioner, the Ez-Strap is simple to apply and offers high containment capability with a demonstrated performance of less than 1μg/m3 (OEB5) operator exposure levels when tested using the ISPE Guidelines for the Testing of Containment Equipment.
