Pharmacount 2-2 features a microprocessor based control system with a colour touchscreen panel for easy parameter changes by the operator. Parameters and settings are password protected where required for access control. The system can store 1000 product codes for instant recall of all parameters. Settable parameters include product type, pre-count target; total count required and tablet feeder speed. The Pharmacount 2-2 can also be set-up to count two different products simultaneously with specific count targets for each product with total control and accuracy. 

The Pharmacount 2-2 is a low volume electronic tablet counting with microprocessor controls system, using two vibratory feed tracks to regulate and feed the tablets to the ultra high speed infrared counting sensors. The counter is designed to count and fill the tablets into bottles with reliability and high accuracy at speeds of up to 2,500 tablets per minute. The Pharmacount 2-2 system is highly versatile, and will count all tablets and
capsules without change parts.

VitaCount Touchscreen Controls Facilitate Changeover, Allow for Statistical Data Reporting and Provide Four security Levels

The three tray format allows the product to be progressively regulated from a bulk supply to single lines of product. Contact parts are easily removed without tools. A dust extraction system allows dust to be filtered away.

The touch-screen control panel allows easy access to machine and product parameters and gives the operator good visibility of the complete filling process. The product library can store up to 1000 different set-ups and offers instant recall of both product and machine parameters.

Conveyor and reject system controls are configurable from within the control system to allow total process control and full statistical data is stored and can be printed if required.

The system has four security levels so that operators, supervisors and engineers can have differing access authorities and the system can be fully validated and full documentation is available. 21 CFR compliant controls with encrypted login with username and password is also available.
